Can I change or cancel my order?
Once the order is fulfilled and on its way, we cannot cancel an order. If you need your information updated (email, address, etc.), please email us at support@rubyandrae.com. If an order has already been fulfilled, we cannot change your information.
When will my order be shipped?
All in-stock orders placed will ship within 2 business days. Weekend orders will ship the following business day.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, but Ruby+Rae is not responsible for any customs or duty fees that may apply.
How do I care for my bag?
Our bags are made of premium faux leather. All spills can be wiped with a damp cloth or wipe. Do not use alcohol on your bags. Our bags are not waterproof - Do not put them in the washing machine.
What are your bags made of?

Do you offer a warranty?
We do offer a 90 day warranty. The warranty includes damages to product other than typical wear and tear.
