Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from the warehouse within 2 business days (excluding pre-orders). After processing time, shipping time is typically 3-4 days depending on the location. We do not currently offer expedited shipping. 

U.S. Shipping

Free shipping within the U.S. on orders over $150.

Please allow up to two weeks for your package to arrive. If your order does not arrive by then, please reach out to support@rubyandrae.com or your shipping carrier for more information. 

International Shipping

For international orders, CUSTOMS FEES MAY APPLY. We are not responsible for these additional fees as they are out of our control, unfortunately. All customs and shipping fees are non-refundable. 

If a package is refused due to unpaid fees, your bag may be returned to us. You will receive a refund for the package, minus the shipping fees. If we are required to pay fees in order to send your package back to us, this amount will also be deducted from your total refund amount.
